Our Approach

Naomi, founder and director of RPX Fitness, brings 20 years of expertise in helping clients return to exercise after injury or surgery. Along the way, she noticed a common gap: most people simply didn’t understand how their bodies should move. This insight inspired her to focus on educating clients about proper form, safety, and smart movement progressions.
