What equipment do I need to do the program?

• For the premium programs you will need:

  • A mat
  • Dumbbells
  • A foam roller or alternatively a rolled-up towel
  • Yoga block – or alternatively a thick book 3 inches
  • Swiss ball (not introduced for the first 6 weeks)
  • Sliding discs (not introduced for the first 8 weeks)

• For the Home And Gym Fitness membership you can choose exercises and sessions from bodyweight, dumbbells, bands, swiss balls, gliders, suspension, machine weights, and cardio machines.

How often do I get charged?

• For the premium membership your billing cycle happens every two weeks.

• For the Home And Gym Fitness membership it is $12.99 a month or you can pay annually and save

How do I cancel?

You must cancel before the end of your billing cycle ends. If you cancel after this date you will be debited for the following cycle.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, you can put your premium membership on hold. You just need to send us an email.

Do I have to pay extra for the inital 45 minute assessment?

• For the premium membership you get the 45-minute assessment included when you sign up.

• For the Home And Gym Fitness membership you are offered a FREE 20-minute zoom program design session upon sign up.

What is the differece between the premium programs and the other programs?

The premium programs are designed for people that want a more personalised service. They include a 45-minute initial session and a 45-minute private session via zoom for out of state or overseas members, or face to face for Sydney based customers once a month. The Home and Gym Fitness membership offers a FREE 20 minute zoom session to give you a personalized training experience.

How long are the guided sessions?

• Each session in the premium programs are around 20 minutes long and can be done as many times a week as you like. Each week the guided sessions build in difficulty.

• The sessions in the Home And Gym Fitness membership are anywhere between 5 minutes to 20 minutes. The short sessions are designed so you can fit in good quality training and stretching no matter how busy you are.

What happens if I dont finish all my sessions in a week?

• In The premium programs each block is just a guide to follow. It is ok if you spend as much time as you need to complete one block or one block of the training. It is a self paced program, so each person progresses at their own speed.

• In the Home And Gym Fitness membership the programs lengths are just a guide. You can take as long as you need to finish each program.

How many levels are there in the programs?

• Within each premium program there are many levels. On completion of your initial assessment you will be put on a level appropriate to your needs. At the end of the last block of training you will be leveled up to a new program.

• In the Home And Gym Fitness Program you can choose from beginner through to advanced sessions. In the individual exercise tutorials you will find each exercise has a beginning point and progresses right up to advanced complex movements.
