• For The Programs You Will Need:

- Yoga block – or a thick book 3 inches
- Swiss ball
- Sliding discs or plastic plate
• For The Home And Gym Fitness Workouts:
- Bands
- Swiss ball
- Gliding discs
- Dumbbells
- Bosu ball
- Battle ropes
- Gym machines – lat pull down, seated row, leg extension, pec dec
- Cardio machines – rower, treadmill, elliptical
If you do not have access to a gym and you prefer to work out at home there are plenty of exercises, workouts, and programs that do not require gym-based machines.
How often do I get charged?
Private Memberships:
• The private training packages are charged, weekly, every two weeks or monthly depending on which membership you choose
Home and Gym Membership
• The Home And Gym Fitness membership is $12.99 a month or you can pay an annual fee which renews every 12 months

• There are programs that can be purchased on the website as a one off fee and you get 12 months access
How do I cancel?
Cancel before your billing cycle ends to avoid charges for the next cycle. To cancel, log in and click ‘Cancel Membership’ on your profile page.
