What you will need

Below is the equipment you will need for each block ahead. There are a few places you can purchase equipment if you need to. Most of it you can buy from KMart or Rebel sport but please shoot us a message if you need some assistance getting hold of what you need.

Block 1:

  • Your mat
  • Your chair
  • Rolled up towel in a tube
  • Light and medium weights (Use the loading we have recommended for you)
  • Yoga block or stack of books (3 inches)

 

Block 2:

  • Your mat
  • Your chair
  • Rolled up towel
  • Yoga block or stack of books (3 inches)
  • Light and medium weights (use the loading we have recommended for you)

 

Block 3:

  • Your mat
  • Your chair
  • Your yoga block or alternatively a stack of books (3 inches)

 

Block 4:

  • Your mat
  • Your swiss ball
  • Your roller
  • Your power band
  • Your chair
  • Your light and medium weights (use the loading we have recommended for you)

 

Block 5:

  • Gliding discs or alternatively plastic plates
  • A chair
  • A roller
  • A mat
  • A soft ball/Pilates ball or a cushion
