Below is the equipment you will need for each block ahead. There are a few places you can purchase equipment if you need to. Most of it you can buy from KMart or Rebel sport but please shoot us a message if you need some assistance getting hold of what you need.
Block 1:
- Your mat
- Your chair
- Rolled up towel in a tube
- Light and medium weights (Use the loading we have recommended for you)
- Yoga block or stack of books (3 inches)
Block 2:
- Your mat

Block 3:

- Your yoga block or alternatively a stack of books (3 inches)
Block 4:

Block 5:
- Gliding discs or alternatively plastic plates
- A chair
- A roller
- A mat
- A soft ball/Pilates ball or a cushion
