Introduction To Part One

For The Part One Sessions You Will Need:

Prepare session:

• A mat

• Enough floor space to lye down and stretch your arms out to the side

Restore session:

• A mat

• A pillow, a couch cushion, or yoga bolster

• A yoga block or thick book

Progress session:

• A mat

• A yoga block or thick book

• Light to medium dumbbells

• A chair or bench

• A rolled up towel

These sessions can be done in the gym, at home, or outside
