SUNDAY – Strength & Mobility Session

Upper Body and Core Session

This session will help transform your upper body with dynamic movements and mobility exercises designed to strengthen your muscles and boost spinal flexibility. Elevate your everyday movement and feel the difference in how you move and feel throughout the day!

For this session you will need:

• a Chair

• a Mat

• Yoga block or thick book

• Soft ball or pillow

• Medium to heavy dumbbell

The Exercises In This Session Are:

1. Cat and cow with thigh squeeze

2. Single-arm row

3. Push-up variation

4. Spine mobility with DB

5. Thread the needle with light DB

6. Dips

7. Beast to plank

8. DB straight arm raise

9. Kneeling spine stretch
