WELCOME TO YOUR FUNCTIONAL UPPER BODY & CORE SESSION
This session is all about maximising your movement so please do not load the body up too much. Focus on maintaining a relaxed state throughout the session, so you are only using as much energy as you need to complete the exercise. This is an important element in triathlon for maintaining a high level of performance right until the end of the race.
