Consistency is Key to Success!

Staying consistent with exercise can be challenging, especially when life gets busy. Often, we find it hard to carve out time for our health. But what if I told you that just 20 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a week can be more beneficial than one long 60-minute session?

This approach makes it easier to fit workouts into your packed schedule. I frequently guide my clients to focus on 20-minute strength sessions and 5-10-minute stretches to enhance mobility. Try incorporating shorter workouts into your week, and you’ll be amazed at the transformation in your fitness journey!

Monday Stretch Session: 6 Minutes

What you will need:

• A mat

• A box or yoga bolster, a bench or stable stool

The Exercises In This Session Are:

1. Cat and cow

2. Prayer stretch

3. Adductor stretch

4. Hamstring stretch off the box
