Lesson 2 – Lower body strength

In this lesson you will need:

  • Swiss ball
  • Mat
  • Medium and heavy dumbbells
  • Yoga block or stack of books

Note: This week you can start to challenge yourself with the load if you feel ready. Don’t go crazy just add .5 or 1kg if you find by round 3 you are struggling then make sure you go back down to your original weight to finish off. Remember as you increase the load you will decrease repetitions within the 30-second time frame for each exercise. Quality over quantity always!
