About

Paula is a physiotherapist working in Bondi Junction. She has over 20 years of experience working in

private practice. She has developed a deep understanding of how we move working as a Studio Pilates

instructor with small group classes and training as a triathlete, treating many athletes within the sport.

She has worked in a foot and ankle specialist clinic for over 10 years including post-operative

rehabilitation and working successfully with chronic foot problems that have failed other means of

conservative management. However, her real passion lies with finding the root cause of the problem

which may create multiple areas of symptoms and help her clients become more robust and achieve

their sporting/lifestyle goals free from injury.
