About

Brenda is a Trained Nurse, Health Coach, and Registered Yoga Teacher. Brenda has studied Mind-Body Medicine

and is a self-confessed health junkie, foodie, and modern bio-hacking enthusiast! In her twenties, Brenda managed an Intensive Care Unit on Sydney’s North Shore whilst raising two children. In her thirties, after adding fitness training to her daily routine

she traded hospital sick care, for preventative health care, and opened her own gym. Ten years later, with baby number three in the original Reebok running stroller, Brenda placed 3rd in NSW in her age group in the Australian Ironman Triathlon. With the arrival

of the “mega gyms” in the late 90’s, Brenda and her husband decided to embrace a tree-change and set up a Yoga Retreat in the beautiful Blue Mountains, NSW.

At 50, changes

in her digestive health, constant reflux plus daily medication saw Brenda dive deep into research. Tossing conventional wisdom and their food pyramid, she joined the “low-carb for life” movement. Now Keto for 4 years Brenda is back in Sydney with LeanCo,providing
