The freeFORM board is a circular platform on wheels, which supports your body weight as you exercise. Using the board, you can move in a full range of motion in any direction – forwards, backwards, sideways or in circles.

One you’ve performed an exercise in one direction, you repeat it the opposite way. And you can stay in contact with the board as you change from, for example, a face down position to a sideways or face up position.

You’ll benefit though:
