Alex believes in what the RPX Fitness method has to offer in terms of functional and effective training for anyone who feels as though they want to improve movement efficiency, fitness or improved performance goals.
Being diagnosed with bilateral lower abdominal hernias at 21 years old, Alex has grown a passion for understanding how/why injuries occur and looks to continually find ways to prevent or recover from injury. The focus of his sessions relate to functional training utilising healthy posture with the aim of muscle activation.
